A short 5 minute drive from The Leea, you’ll find the George Brown Darwin Botanic Gardens, a tropical paradise and home to an extensive collection of north Australian and other tropical species. Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory

The Northern Territory's premier cultural destination, the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory (MAGNT) is home to internationally renowned artistic, cultural and scientific collections and research programs. Just a 8 minute drive from The Leea at Darwin’s Bullocky Point, explore a dynamic program of internally-developed exhibitions carefully curated from the collection, and the best travelling exhibitions from around Australia. Australian Aboriginal Fine Arts Gallery

Just a 10 minute walk from The Leea is the world renowned Australian Aboriginal Fine Arts Gallery, which has provided museums, galleries and private collectors from 43 different countries around the globe with access to authentic traditional and contemporary Australian indigenous art for over quarter of a century. Specialising in Aboriginal artwork from the Northern Territory, the gallery features three distinctive painting styles, including Arnhem Land, desert / central and bark paintings - available to view or purchase. Mindil Beach Sunset Markets

Darwin’s biggest market, Mindil Beach Sunset Market is the heart of Darwin's cultural melting pot, epitomising our city’s multicultural nature.
