Reception & Guest Services

Our friendly team at reception is available 24 hours a day to assist with anything you need, from check-in to local recommendations. Simply dial #9 from your in-room phone for assistance. For after-hours emergencies, press the emergency button on your phone for immediate support.

Check-in time is from 2:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. If you require a late check-out, please contact reception, as this is subject to availability and may incur a fee. Complimentary luggage storage is available at reception should you need to store your bags before departure.

Unwind in comfort

Each of our rooms is designed for comfort, featuring climate-controlled air conditioning, a secure in-room safe for valuables, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the resort. Enjoy freshly brewed coffee or tea with the in-room facilities provided, and if you need assistance with any amenities, our team is happy to help.

For your convenience, housekeeping services are provided daily between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. If you prefer privacy, simply use the ‘Do Not Disturb’ hanger on your door. As part of our commitment to sustainability, towels and linens are refreshed daily unless you choose to opt into our Eco Stay program, which helps conserve water and energy.

A self-service laundry is available 24 hours a day on the ground floor of the Larrakia Wing and outside the Simpson Wing, with laundry powder and coins available for purchase at reception. Each room also includes an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Baby cots are available upon request, subject to availability and an applicable fee.

Gym

For guests who enjoy staying active, our gym is open daily from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm and is equipped with everything you need for a refreshing workout.

Breakfast

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at Treetops Restaurant, where a fresh buffet selection is served daily from 6:00 am to 10:00 am.

Getting around

The Leea Darwin is conveniently located with easy access to transport options. Airport transfers can be arranged upon request—simply contact reception for details. For those exploring the city, a public bus stop is located directly across from The Leea’s front gate, and timetables are available at reception.

Safety & sustainability

Your safety is our priority. Please take a moment to review the evacuation procedures displayed on the back of your room door. In case of a life-threatening emergency, dial 000. For non-urgent concerns, contact Reception by dialling #9.

At The Leea, we are committed to reducing our environmental footprint through sustainable practices. We harness solar energy, implement waste segregation and recycling, and encourage eco-conscious choices. Recycling bins are located throughout the resort, and we invite all guests to join us in preserving the beauty of our natural surroundings.
